Ingredients

  • 1
    8 oz package of cream cheese
  • 2
    tbl. mayonaise
  • 2
    tbl. sugar
  • 1
    8oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1
    8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • ·
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • ·
    1 cup cool whip

How to Make Pink Christmas Frozen Fruit Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Soften cream cheese and blend with mayonaise, sugar, cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts. Mix well. Fold in cool whip. Place paper muffin cups in muffin tins and fill with salad mixture. Freeze. Remove from muffin tins and remove paper cups and serve on lettuce leaves. These can also be made and frozen for up to two months!
