Where Mom came up with this salad, we will never know. She can't seem to remember. But it's so simple and fresh you can't help but love it on a hot summer evening. It's great with a steak dinner, meatloaf or chicken. I love it for lunch when its hot and I want something light.
It's different but everyone who's tried it is pleasantly surprised and asks for more.
