How to Make Pineapple-Pear Delight
- Drain pineapple and pears, reserving juice; add enough water to juice to make 2 cups liquid, and set aside.
- Dissolve jello in boiling water; stir in reserved liquird.
- Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise, mixing well. Dice pears. Stir pears and pineapple into cream cheese mixture;
- Stir cheese mixture into jello mixture. Pour into a lightly oiled 8 cup mold and chill until firm.
