Ingredients

  • 15 1/2 ounces can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 6 ounces package orange gelatin
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 12 ounces carton whipped topping, thawed

How To Make pineapple orange congealed salad

  • Step 1
    Place pineapple in saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Stir in buttermilk, coconut, and pecans; cool. Fold in whipped topping; pour into large bowl or 9 x 13" dish. Chill until firm.
