Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    green grapes
  • 1 1/2 c
    seedless red grapes
  • 1 1/2 c
    fresh blueberries
  • 1 1/2 c
    halved fresh strawberries
  • 1 can(s)
    pineapple chunks, drained (8 ou)
  • 1/2 c
    fresh raspberries
  • 1 can(s)
    frozen non-alcoholic pina colada mix, thawed (10 ou)
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    pineapple-orange juice, rose substituted pineapple, orange, banana juice
  • 1/8 tsp
    almond extract
  • 1/8 tsp
    coconut extract
  • 1/2 c
    fresh blackberries (rose added these)

How to Make Pina Colada Fruit Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. In a serving bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk the pina colada mix, sugar, juice and extracts until sugar is dissolved. Pour over fruit; toss to coat. Chill until serving. Yield: 9 servings.
