This was given to me by a wonderful lady I worked with. She has since passed away. This is a really good salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 cups coconut, shredded
  • 2 cups marshmallows, mini
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, chill and serve.
  • Step 2
    She says it taste better if you make it 1 or 2 days ahead.
