How to Make Pear and Blue Cheese Salad
- Cut the pears into quarters and remove the cores. Thinly slice each pear quarter and arrange on a serving platter.
- Slice the Roquefort as thinly as possible and place over the pears. Mix the oil and vinegar together and drizzle over the pears. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
