You know sometimes (not all the time even though I wish this was so true) my mom gets me my favorite pears from Harry and David and they are probably the most juiciest pears ever. I thought about this when I came across this simple recipe.

Ingredients
- 4 - ripe pears
- 4 ounces roquefort cheese
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - salt and pepper
How To Make pear and blue cheese salad

Step 1Cut the pears into quarters and remove the cores. Thinly slice each pear quarter and arrange on a serving platter.

Step 2Slice the Roquefort as thinly as possible and place over the pears. Mix the oil and vinegar together and drizzle over the pears. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
