Ingredients

  • 8 ounces package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 ounces container frozen whipped topping
  • 3 ounces package peach jello
  • 14 ounces can sliced peaches, chopped, drained, reserving 2 t. syrup
  • 8 ounces container small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

How To Make peach salad

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together for 3-5 minutes, or until fluffy and smooth.
  • Step 2
    Fold in whipped topping, cottage cheese and dry Jello mix. Then add in chopped peaches and 2 tablespoons reserved peach syrup.
  • Step 3
    Stir in mini marshmallows. Then cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 2 hours.
  • Step 4
    Before serving, stir in pecans.
