Ingredients

  • 2 packages peach gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 15 ounces crushed pineapple (drained, reserve juice)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • TOPPING INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 - egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces whipped topping

How To Make peach gelatin salad

  • Step 1
    Make gelatin - Let set and add marshmallows and fruit.
  • Step 2
    Cook juice, sugar, egg, butter and flour until thick.
  • Step 3
    Add cream cheese, stir until dissolved. Let cool.
  • Step 4
    Fold mixture into whipped topping and spread on gelatin mixture.
