Ingredients
- 2 packages peach gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
- 15 ounces crushed pineapple (drained, reserve juice)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- TOPPING INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces whipped topping
How To Make peach gelatin salad

Step 1Make gelatin - Let set and add marshmallows and fruit.

Step 2Cook juice, sugar, egg, butter and flour until thick.

Step 3Add cream cheese, stir until dissolved. Let cool.

Step 4Fold mixture into whipped topping and spread on gelatin mixture.
