Nancy J. Patrykus

I first enjoyed this, fresh fruit Floridian recipe in the 70's while vacationing in that great state.
It is so simple and quick to put together. This is my recipe, from what I remember!
LOL.. Like what is there to remember!
It's that simple to put together.
Please enjoy the flavors.

How to Make "ORANGE & ONION SALAD"a fresh sun-kissed delight

  1. NOTE:
Please wash all fruit before eating, slicing, or cutting!! Even watermelon!

    RECTPE: wash and slice oranges,
    about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Peel and thinly slice onions.
    Separate into rings.
  3. Arrange the orange and onion slices,
on a bed of your choice of greens.
  4. Sprinkle French dressing over the top.
    Top with ground black pepper.
    and serve while cold.

At random ...I picked a JAP recipe for
"Homemade French Dressing" by Niki Smith.
