I first enjoyed this, fresh fruit Floridian recipe in the 70's while vacationing in that great state. It is so simple and quick to put together. This is my recipe,from what I remember! LOL.. Like what is there to remember! It's that simple to put together. Please enjoy the flavors. Nancy.. 6/19/13

Ingredients

  • 2-3 medium oranges
  • 2-3 medium red onions
  • ? - romaine lettuce leaves &
  • ? - fresh spinach leaves
  • ? tablespoon french dressing
  • ? tablespoon crushed... whole black peppercorns

How To Make "orange & onion salad"a fresh sun-kissed delight

  • Step 1
    NOTE: Please wash all fruit before eating,slicing, or cutting!! Even watermelon! RECTPE: wash and slice oranges, about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Step 2
    Peel and thinly slice onions. Separate into rings.
  • Step 3
    Arrange the orange and onion slices, on a bed of your choice of greens.
  • Step 4
