Some folks like this salad dressing in the Spring but I like it all year long. Since I make it fresh I know it's good and I know what's in it.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz
    vegetabe oil
  • 2 oz
    white wine or white wine vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp
    orange juices with pulp
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh chives
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh minced parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tsp
    brown sugar, light
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Orange-Ginger Dressing

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high until well blended. Pour into a container and chill several hours. I like to serve this over fresh greens with mandarin oranges and cold grilled chicken or fish.
