orange-ginger dressing
Some folks like this salad dressing in the Spring but I like it all year long. Since I make it fresh I know it's good and I know what's in it.

How To Make orange-ginger dressing
-
Step 1Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high until well blended. Pour into a container and chill several hours. I like to serve this over fresh greens with mandarin oranges and cold grilled chicken or fish.
