no-fuss flex fruit
Prepared by Barbara Pace at our April, 2013, meeting. This is a quick, easy and very versatile recipe. You can always have the four essential ingredients on hand. It's delightful as a simple fruit salad or make it more substantial by serving it with cottage cheese. It's sweet and satifying enough to serve with cookies as a light dessert. You can use it to complement a scoop of vanilla ice cream or go all out and serve it ladled over ice cream on top of a slice to bundt or pound cake and topped with whipped cream. However your serve it, it's sure to be enjoyed.
