when my kids were small, they loved this salad. and now that they are adults they ask me to make it for them. i guess they liked the sweetness that the banana gave to the salad. enjoy.

    head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
  • 2
    bananas, sliced
  • 2
    oranges, cut into small pieces (seeded if needed)
  • 2
    apples, cored and chopped
  • 2 c

  • 1/4 to 1/2 c

How to Make My Fruit Salad


  1. mix in large bowl, lettuce, bananas, oranges, and apples.
  2. for sauce: mix mayonnaise, sugar, and milk in a medium bowl. mix well. then fold into the lettuce mixture. refridgerate until ready to serve. Note: you can use 1 green and 1 red apple, the color of the skins makes for a pretty salad.
