Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple drained (reserve juice)
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
How To Make mother in law salad

Step 1Mix pineapple,cheese and marshmallows together. Heat pineapple juice and sugar together. Beat together eggs,milk and cornstarch.

Step 2Add heated juice mixture slowly to egg mix and cook until thick.Allow to cool and add to the pineapple, marshmallow cheese mixture.Put in refrigerator to chill.
