mango salad
I did not think I liked mangos. I had this at an Asian Bistro in Tampa and it was wonderful. This is my replicated version!

Ingredients
- 1 - mango, peeled and julienned
- 1/2 small red onion, cut in very thin slices
- 1 jar roasted red peppers (about 8 oz. - can use marinated)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make mango salad

Step 1Mix all ingredients together. Let sit for about 1/2 hr before serving to blend flavors. Then add salt and pepper if needed.
