I did not think I liked mangos. I had this at an Asian Bistro in Tampa and it was wonderful. This is my replicated version!

Ingredients For mango salad

  • 1
    mango, peeled and julienned
  • 1/2 sm
    red onion, cut in very thin slices
  • 1 jar
    roasted red peppers (about 8 oz. - can use marinated)
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 c
    cilantro leaves, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make mango salad

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together. Let sit for about 1/2 hr before serving to blend flavors. Then add salt and pepper if needed.
