Ingredients

  • 1 large mango, cubed
  • 1 small red onion, minced
  • 3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 - cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (key lime if you have it)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red or pink peppercorns, ground
  • - salt, to taste
  • - crytallized or candied ginger (optional)

How To Make mango salad

  • Step 1
    Prepare all ingredients, mix together and serve! Top with a little of the ginger.
