Ingredients For mango salad

  • 1 lg
    mango, cubed
  • 1 sm
    red onion, minced
  • 3/4 c
    feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1
    cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    lime juice (key lime if you have it)
  • 1/4 tsp
    red or pink peppercorns, ground
  • salt, to taste
  • crytallized or candied ginger (optional)

How To Make mango salad

  • 1
    Prepare all ingredients, mix together and serve! Top with a little of the ginger.
