I have NO IDEA where the name of this salad came from....all I know is that we really like it!!

1 pkg(3 oz,) apricot jello

3/4 csugar
-
1 can(s)(sm) crushed pineapple, undrained

1 pkg(8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

1 jar(s)(lge.) apricot-tapioca baby food

1(8 oz.) ctn. cool whip
How to Make Madonna Salad
- Mix Jello,(with liquid listed on box) sugar, and pineapple together in a saucepan, and bring to a boil; mix well.
- Remove from heat to cool. Cool until beginning to thicken.
- Meanwhile, mix cream cheese with baby food. Combine with the cooled Jello mixture.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
