I have NO IDEA where the name of this salad came from....all I know is that we really like it!!

Ingredients
- 1 package (3 oz,) apricot jello
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 can (sm) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 jar (lge.) apricot-tapioca baby food
- 1 - (8 oz.) ctn. cool whip
How To Make madonna salad

Step 1Mix Jello,(with liquid listed on box) sugar, and pineapple together in a saucepan, and bring to a boil; mix well.

Step 2Remove from heat to cool. Cool until beginning to thicken.

Step 3Meanwhile, mix cream cheese with baby food. Combine with the cooled Jello mixture.

Step 4Fold in Cool Whip.

Step 5Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
