Ingredients For maddy's apple and walnut salad

  • 2 lg
    red delicious apples peeled, cored and sliced thin
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts
  • 1/4 c
    sweet onion sliced thin
  • 1 and 1/2 c
    thinly sliced lettuce
  • FOR THE DRESSING
  • 2 Tbsp
    heaping tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp
    milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pkg
    artificial sweetner

How To Make maddy's apple and walnut salad

  • 1
    Mix the Apples, onions, lettuce and walnuts in a bowl.
  • 2
    In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise (make sure they are two huge heaping tablespoons), milk, artificial sweetener, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

    Add the dressing to the first bowl and mix well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
