Ingredients

  • 2 large red delicious apples peeled, cored and sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup sweet onion sliced thin
  • 1 and 1/2 cups thinly sliced lettuce
  • FOR THE DRESSING
  • 2 tablespoons heaping tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 packages artificial sweetner

How To Make maddy's apple and walnut salad

  • Step 1
    Mix the Apples, onions, lettuce and walnuts in a bowl.
  • Step 2
    In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise (make sure they are two huge heaping tablespoons), milk, artificial sweetener, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  • Step 3
    Add the dressing to the first bowl and mix well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
