Ingredients
- 2 large red delicious apples peeled, cored and sliced thin
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup sweet onion sliced thin
- 1 and 1/2 cups thinly sliced lettuce
- FOR THE DRESSING
- 2 tablespoons heaping tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 packages artificial sweetner
How To Make maddy's apple and walnut salad

Step 1Mix the Apples, onions, lettuce and walnuts in a bowl.

Step 2In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise (make sure they are two huge heaping tablespoons), milk, artificial sweetener, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Step 3Add the dressing to the first bowl and mix well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
