How to Make Lucille's Cranberry Relish
- This is best done the day before it is needed. It is great as a leftover served on a turkey sandwich with lettuce.
- Wash and throw out soft cranberries. Core the apple, and remove any seeds from the orange. Grind all of these in a food processor till fine, but not pureed. Mix all ingredients well and chill in a covered container.
- Stir the mixture every hour till needed. Adjust the sweetness to your taste. Enjoy!
