Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup reduced-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, in juice, no sugar added
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dry orange jello, regular or no sugar added
  • 1 package artifical sweetner
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make low-cal sawdust salad (individual serving) - fruit

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together and serve on lettuce, if desired.

    Each serving provides: 2 protein exchgs., 1 fruit exchg., 5 calories optional exchgs.
