Ingredients For low-cal sawdust salad (individual serving) - fruit
reduced-fat cottage cheese
crushed pineapple, in juice, no sugar added
1 1/2 tsp
dry orange jello, regular or no sugar added

Mix all ingredients together and serve on lettuce, if desired.
