Ingredients
- 1 cup mango
- 1/2 cup pinenuts ( opttional)
- 1 cup pineapple in bite size chunks
- 1 - apple, cut into chunks
- 1 - peach - in chunks
- 2 or 3 - bananas
- 1/2 cup coconut - shredded, optional
- 1 jar red cherries
How To Make litha fruit salad

Step 1Take a 1/2 cup of Orange Juice and mix in 3 Tbls. of pure Maple Syrup. Pour this over the fruit. This will keep the fruit from turning brown. Cool in fridge til time to serve.
