A cool treat for the Summer Solstice !!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango
  • 1/2 cup pinenuts ( opttional)
  • 1 cup pineapple in bite size chunks
  • 1 - apple, cut into chunks
  • 1 - peach - in chunks
  • 2 or 3 - bananas
  • 1/2 cup coconut - shredded, optional
  • 1 jar red cherries

How To Make litha fruit salad

  • Step 1
    Take a 1/2 cup of Orange Juice and mix in 3 Tbls. of pure Maple Syrup. Pour this over the fruit. This will keep the fruit from turning brown. Cool in fridge til time to serve.
