This is my Aunt Bonnie's recipe. It is a family favorite during holidays. This is an extra-large can divide ingredients in half if you want.

  • 2 box
    lime jell-o
  • 1 can(s)
    crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 1 large
    cottage cheese
  • 2 c
    pecans or walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 large
    cool whip
  • 1 1/2 c
    boiling water
  • 1 pkg
    jet-puffed mini-marshmallows

How to Make Lime Salad


  1. Dissolve Jell-o in boiling water in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients and incorporate well. Refrigerate until set.
