This is my great-grandmother's recipe. It has been a favorite in the extended family for as long as I can remember. I think this would also be good with orange or lemon Jello.

Ingredients

  • 1 box
    (8-serving size) lime jello
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    boiling water
  • 1 can(s)
    crushed pineapple in its own juice (do not drain)
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts or pecans

How to Make Lime Jello Mold

Step-by-Step

  1. Add Jello and cream cheese to a non-metal bowl.
    Pour boiling water over this. Beat on medium speed until creamy and well combined.
  2. Fold in pineapple (with juice) and nuts.
  3. Cover and refrigerate about 3 hours.
