This is my great-grandmother's recipe. It has been a favorite in the extended family for as long as I can remember. I think this would also be good with orange or lemon Jello.

Ingredients

1 box (8-serving size) lime jello
1 package cream cheese
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple in its own juice (do not drain)
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

How To Make lime jello mold

Step 1

Add Jello and cream cheese to a non-metal bowl. Pour boiling water over this. Beat on medium speed until creamy and well combined.

Step 2

Fold in pineapple (with juice) and nuts.
Step 3

Cover and refrigerate about 3 hours.
