- 2-3 raw carrots, shredded
- 1 large apple, shredded
- 1-2 ribs celery, finely chopped
- 1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
- sour cream or mayo, for the top

How To Make lime jello delight

Step 1

Prepare jello per package directions in a large mixing bowl. Chill until jello begins to set. Add carrots, apple and celery to jello and mix well. Pour into sprayed mold or bowl. Chill until firmly set.

Step 2

Garnish with sour cream or mayonnaise. Top with mandarin oranges.
