Lemon Sour Cream Mold

How to Make Lemon Sour Cream Mold
- Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add half and half and vanilla; blend in sour cream. "Mixture will appear slightly curdled".
- Chill until slightly congealed. Beat w/ electric mixer until mixture is smooth.
- Pour into a 3-cup mold. Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
- Unmold and serve or garnish with fresh fruit, if desired.
Makes about 2-1/2 cups, or 5 servings.
