Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 packages lemon gelatin
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained reserve juice
- 1 can 8 oz crushed pineapple, drained reserve juice
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
How To Make lemon-pineapple salad

Step 1Combine 1 C pineapple juice and 1 C water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and add geletins, stirring until dissolved. Pour into large bowl

Step 2Stir in condensed milk and mayonnaise, whisking until smooth. Stir in pineapple, cheese and pecans. Mix well

Step 3Pour into 9 X 12 casserole, cover and refrigeratr upt o 1 hours or until set.
