    naval oranges sliced and halved - skin and pulp removed

    romaine lettuce leaves or your choice of greens
  • 1/2
    small red onion sliced thin
  • 1
    cucumber peeled, seeds removed, and diced
  • 1/2 c
    chinese noodles

    raspberry walnut dressing

How to Make Kitty's Orange Cucumber Salad


  1. Place lettuce in bowl and arrange orange slices around the edges
  2. place cucumbers in center of lettuce and top with onion slices
  3. Drizzle with raspberry walnut dressing to taste
