How to Make Kimi's Cranberry-Orange-Pineapple Salad
- Prepare orange jello according to pkg, but instead of using water use only a half a cup of pineapple juice. Drain the pineapple really well. Place jello in fridge and let set a little till it firms up a little. Remove and whip in cream cheese(room temp.). Add in pineapple, cranberries and fold in cool whip. Sprinkle with nuts if desired. Refrigerate till firm.
