- marshmallows (or fewer if you desire)

- 1 Tbsp
- 2 - 3 Tbsp
- pineapple juice

- whipping cream

- 1Put fruit and marshmallows in bowl. Heat the sugar, egg, flour and pineapple juice over medium heat until thick; let the custard cool. Whip 1/2 pint of whipping cream and fold in the custard. Mix with the fruit and marshmallows.
- 2I think this would be a very versatile fruit salad as you could use any combination of fruit you would like. It is very creamy and tasty; enjoy!!!
