Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 c
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    diced candied mixed fruit peel
  • 1/4 c
    sliced roasted almonds
  • 2 Tbsp
    brandy
  • 1/2 pt
    whipping cream, whipped

How to Make HOLIDAY MOUSSE

Step-by-Step

  1. Blend the milk with lemon juice until it thickens. Add peel and almonds. Fold in whipped cream and brandy, reserving 1/2 cup whipped cream for garnish. Serve with dollop of whipped cream and a cherry. Makes 4-6 servings.
