Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 4 tablespoons fresh grapefruit juice
- 3 pounds seeded watermelon
- tajin to spinkle on top
How To Make grilled watermelon with honey, yogurt & tajin

Step 1Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Once hot add the rosemary and fry for 30 seconds. Remove the rosemary to a paper towel. Reserve the oil

Step 2Heat a grill. Cut the watermelon into slices. Pour the grapefruit juice over the watermelon. Mix the honey and yogurt together.

Step 3Grill the watermelon for a minute or two to get marks and a little char.

Step 4Spread the yogurt on a plate. Top with the watermelon slices. Top with rosemary oil and rosemary. Sprinkle the Tajin on top. Enjoy
