  • 4
red grapefruit (or half grapefruit and half oranges)
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey, preferably clover honey
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely chopped fresh mint

How to Make Grapefruit-Mint Salad

  1. With a sharp knife cut away the peel and white parts from 4 red grapefruit (and/or oranges)then cut between the membranes to remove the segments. Squeeze the membranes and segments from 1 grapefruit/orange over a bowl to extract the juice. Whisk together the juice, honey and the mint. Arrange segments on a platter and drizzle with dressing.
  2. You can add more or less honey according to taste...I like sweet so I add a little more honey...enjoy!!!
