grape salad
My friends and I have get togethers often. I should have plenty of pictures of this, but I dont. I will be sure to post one this weekend. It's light and delish. Good as an appetizer or for light snacking. Also done this recipe for work functions. Goes over well in either setting. Not sure of origination - handed down to me from a friend/coworker.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh green seedless grapes
- 2 pounds fresh red seedless grapes
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- TOPPING
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed to taste
- 1 cup crushed pecans
How To Make grape salad

Step 1Wash and stem grapes. Set aside and allow to dry.

Step 2Mix sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until blended well.

Step 3Stir grapes into mixture. Pour into large serving bowl.

Step 4TOPPING - Combine brown sugar and crushed pecans, sprinkle over top of grapes to cover completely. Allow dish to chill overnight.
