GRAPE SALAD?!?

I got this recipe from a friend years ago. I have used it at breakfasts, appetizer buffets and as a side dish at luncheons. Kids LOVE this.

serves 6-8

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    of your favorite grapes
  • 1/2 c
    lite sour cream
  • 8 oz
    lite cream cheese room temp
  • 1/3 c
    sugar or splenda
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • sugar free pancake syrup to taste

How To Make

  • 1
    Pull grapes off stem and put in a bowl. In separate bowl mix with beater sour cream, cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add vanilla and blend. Pour over grapes and stir thoroughly. Pour syrup over mixture to taste. Refrigerate 2 hours.

    Note: Make sure cream cheese is room temp or it won't get creamy when mixed.
