Grape Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound red grapes, seedless
  • 1 pound green grapes, seedless
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

How To Make grape salad

  • Step 1
    Rinse grapes. Dry, & halve each grape.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, 3/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup pecans.
  • Step 3
    Add in halved grapes & mix well.
  • Step 4
    Transfer to serving dish & refrigerate a minumum of 1 hour (to prevent crunchiness of brown sugar).
  • Step 5
    Top with remaining sugar and nuts, & serve!
