  • 1 lb
    red grapes, seedless
  • 1 lb
    green grapes, seedless
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped

How to Make Grape Salad


  1. Rinse grapes. Dry, & halve each grape.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, 3/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup pecans.
  3. Add in halved grapes & mix well.
  4. Transfer to serving dish & refrigerate a minumum of 1 hour (to prevent crunchiness of brown sugar).
  5. Top with remaining sugar and nuts, & serve!
