I had this yesterday... so yummy! It is fairly healthy too. Sometimes I add other fruis like pineapple tidbits, Mandarin oranges, bananas, apples, strawberries and blueberries. The sky is the limit! This can also be made without the cream cheese (still very good!). Instead use more sour cream or use yogurt. My family loves this as a salad or a dessert... it is a must try recipe and very easy!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups each kind of seedless grapes: (green, red and black) (total of 9 cups)
  • 1/2 cup baked pecans (chopped)
  • SAUCE:
  • 1 pound sour cream
  • 1 package (8-ounces) cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar

How To Make grape salad

  • Step 1
    Prepare and measure the seedless grapes and pecans. Put in a bowl and set aside.
  • Step 2
    To make the sauce: Mix the sour cream, cream cheese, vanilla and brown sugar until well blended and creamy.
  • Step 3
    Into the sauce, pour in the grapes and nuts. Fold together until well coated. Cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Give it a quick stir to refresh, and serve.
