The sky is the limit! This can also be made without the cream cheese (still very good!). Instead use more sour cream or use yogurt.
My family loves this as a salad or a dessert... it is a must try recipe and very easy!
3 ceach kind of seedless grapes: (green, red and black) (total of 9 cups)
1/2 cbaked pecans (chopped)
1 lbsour cream
1 pkg(8-ounces) cream cheese at room temperature
3/4 cpacked brown sugar
How to Make Grape Salad
- Prepare and measure the seedless grapes and pecans. Put in a bowl and set aside.
- To make the sauce:
Mix the sour cream, cream cheese, vanilla and brown sugar until well blended and creamy.
- Into the sauce, pour in the grapes and nuts. Fold together until well coated. Cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Give it a quick stir to refresh, and serve.
