The sky is the limit! This can also be made without the cream cheese (still very good!). Instead use more sour cream or use yogurt.
My family loves this as a salad or a dessert... it is a must try recipe and very easy!
- 3 c
- each kind of seedless grapes: (green, red and black) (total of 9 cups)
- 1/2 c
- baked pecans (chopped)
- 1 lb
- sour cream
- 1 pkg
- (8-ounces) cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 Tbsp
- 3/4 c
- packed brown sugar
How to Make Grape Salad
- 1Prepare and measure the seedless grapes and pecans. Put in a bowl and set aside.
- 2To make the sauce:
Mix the sour cream, cream cheese, vanilla and brown sugar until well blended and creamy.
- 3Into the sauce, pour in the grapes and nuts. Fold together until well coated. Cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Give it a quick stir to refresh, and serve.
