This is a beautiful salad that is good enough to serve as a dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 - bag of red, purple or green grapes, washed, drained and removed from stem. ( i prefer red or purple.)
  • 1 - 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1- 8 oz cups sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • - light brown sugar for garnish

How To Make grape salad

  • Step 1
    Prepare your grapes and set them aside on paper towels to drain throughly.
  • Step 2
    Beat cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar together until smooth and fluffy.
  • Step 3
    Add ¾ cup chopped pecans and blend in. (optional)
  • Step 4
    Gently fold in the seedless grapes.
  • Step 5
    Pour into a pretty serving bowl and sprinkle the top with light brown sugar and the remaining chopped pecans.
  • Step 6
    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
