Ingredients

  • 4 pounds red or black grapes, seedless
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

How To Make grape salad

  • Step 1
    Wash grapes and let dry. GRAPES MUST BE COMPLETELY DRY.
  • Step 2
    Mix softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Pour over dry grapes and fold in.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle with pecans and fold in. NOTE: You may use more pecans if desired.
