A quick and yummy summer salad.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon, pan fried until crisp
  • 2 cups grapes, halved
  • 6 cups baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup candied or plain pecans
  • BACON DRESSING:
  • 3 tablespoons bacon drippings
  • 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • - salt and pepper

How To Make grape & bacon spinach salad

  • Step 1
    After you have fried the bacon reserve about 3 Tbsp of the drippings in the same pan add the dressing ingredients. Heat 30 seconds to warm.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, toss together the grapes and spinach. Top with bacon and pecans. Toss with dressing until coated.
