Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon, pan fried until crisp
- 2 cups grapes, halved
- 6 cups baby spinach
- 1/4 cup candied or plain pecans
- BACON DRESSING:
- 3 tablespoons bacon drippings
- 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- - salt and pepper
How To Make grape & bacon spinach salad

Step 1After you have fried the bacon reserve about 3 Tbsp of the drippings in the same pan add the dressing ingredients. Heat 30 seconds to warm.

Step 2Meanwhile, toss together the grapes and spinach. Top with bacon and pecans. Toss with dressing until coated.
