Ingredients

  • 8 slice
    bacon, pan fried until crisp
  • 2 c
    grapes, halved
  • 6 c
    baby spinach
  • 1/4 c
    candied or plain pecans
  • BACON DRESSING:

  • 3 Tbsp
    bacon drippings
  • 1/4 c
    raspberry vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Grape & Bacon Spinach Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. After you have fried the bacon reserve about 3 Tbsp of the drippings in the same pan add the dressing ingredients. Heat 30 seconds to warm.
  2. Meanwhile, toss together the grapes and spinach. Top with bacon and pecans. Toss with dressing until coated.
