Grandma's Jello Salad

This was one of Grandma's favorite salads. It's both tasty and colorful

1 small
package lemon gelatin
2 c
boiling water
1 1/4 c
miniature marshmallows
8 oz
cream cheese
13 oz
can crushed pineapple
1 large
package raspberry gelatin
1 pkg
dream whip

How to Make Grandma's Jello Salad


  • 1Mix lemon gelatin with 1 cup boiling water. Set aside. Bring one cup water to a boil, add marshmallows, cream cheese and cook until combined. Stir in lemon gelatin and pineapple.
  • 2Remove from heat, and pour into a 9x12 inch pan. Chill until set.
  • 3Mix raspberry gelatin as directed. When lukewarm, pour over lemon gelatin mixture. Chill mixture until set. Spread Dream Whip over chilled gelatin mixture.
    Serve chilled.
  • 4Note: You can substitute lime for lemon gelatin during the Holidays to present a festive green and red salad.
