Yummy salad from my grandma. Yes, you can still find Tang in the store.

Options:
1. add mini marshmallows
2. add shredded coconut
3. add other fruit*
4. add nuts
5. Add more drained fruit to bulk up to serve more.

*If using sliced bananas, add them just prior to serving.

I like adding fresh strawberries (sliced in half).

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    (large size) chunk pineapple in juice
  • 1 can(s)
    (11 oz or large) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 box
    (3 oz) instant, vanilla pudding (dry)
  • 1 Tbsp
    tang orange juice drink mix, dry (optional)

How to Make Grandma Bellis' Orange Pineapple Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix un-drained pineapple and drained oranges.
  2. Add pudding mix and Tang.
  3. Mix and chill.
