Ingredients
- 8 cups field greens
- 16 ounces cumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 2 large granny smith apple, diced with skin on
- 1 cup cransins
- 1 cup toasted surgar pecans
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette

- 1 pound pecans, halved
- 1 - egg white
- 1 teaspoon cold water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make gorgonzola apple salad

Step 1Toasted Sugar Pecans: Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Beat egg white with water until fluffy. Fold pecans into egg whites until well coated. Mix cinnamon, sugar and salt. Fold coated pecans into sugar mix. Bake on a cookie sheet for one hour and store in an airtight container & freeze up to six months.
