I made this recipe for a pot luck one year and they asked if they could keep the leftovers. Thanksgiving...so much food.

Ingredients For fruit salad with orange dressing

1 pkgvanilla instant pudding (3.5 oz size)

1 1/2 cmilk

1/3 corange juice, thawed concentrate

3/4 csour cream
-
1 can20 oz pineapple tidbits,drained

1 canmandarin oranges, drained

1 canpeaches (15oz can), drained

2bananas, sliced
-
1green apple, cored and chopped

10strawberries, sliced
How To Make fruit salad with orange dressing

1Mix pudding, milk, and orange juice concentrate in medium mixing bowl and beat on high for 2 minutes. Stir in sour cream.

2Mix all the drained fruit and fresh fruit except bananas in serving bowl. I like to add small portions of the dressing until all the fruit is coated, but most of the time there is left over dressing. I use that for a fruit dip.

3Pour dressing over fruit and fold together. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Before serving add sliced bananas.
