How to Make Fruit Salad with Lemon Basil Syrup
- Wash and cut fruit. Place in a bowl.
- Zest of one lemon in to bowl of fruit
- In a small saucepan add sugar and juice of two lemons.
- Bring to a boil and boil til slightly thick.
- Turn off heat and add basil. Steep for 5 min.
- Pour lemon basil syrup over fruit salad and refrigerate until ready to eat.
