Ingredients

  • 20 ounces canned pineapple chunks,drained, reserve juice
  • 11 ounces canned mandarin oranges,drained, reserve juice
  • 29 ounces canned peaches, cut in chunks, drained
  • 1 small jar marachino cherries, halved, drained
  • 1 pound seedless green grapes, halved
  • 3 large bananas, sliced
  • 1 box cook n serve vanilla pudding mix, not instant

How To Make fruit salad

  • Step 1
    Mix pineapple and mandarin orange juices. Using only one cup mix with cook n serve pudding mix. Cook over low heat until thickened. Can also be microwaved: Microwave 1 minute, stir, microwave 1 additional minute. Cool completely.
  • Step 2
    Pour all drained fruit in a large bowl. Stir in pudding mixture until well blended. Chill for at least an hour before serving.
