Easy, Peasy, Lemon Squeezy! My daughter loves this as does most of my family.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chunk pineapple 20oz.
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 jar cherries (without stems)
  • 2 boxes cook and serve vanilla pudding
  • 3 - bananas

How To Make fruit salad

  • Step 1
    First drain and save the juice of the can of chunk pineapple. In a large collander drain mandarin oranges and cherries. I cut the cherries in half. In a heavy saucepot empty vanilla pudding mix and measure pineapple juice to make sure you have two cups, if not add water to juice. Mix with pudding and cook over medium heat until it turns a jell like consistency. Let cool and mix with other fruit. Just before serving cut bananas into bite size pieces and add to mixture and enjoy. This is really good with pound cake or angel food cake.
