Again stolen! Favorite for church dinners (and can make it lower in sugar with minor substitution)

  • 29 oz
can peach slices (cut into 1/2)
  • 20 oz
    can pineapple chunks
  • 3-1/8 oz
box dry vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 lb
    strawberries, quartered
  • 1
    banana, sliced
  • 1/2 pt
    blueberries, fresh
  • 1 bunch
grapes (use red ones for color)
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    sugar (optional)

How to Make Fruit Salad

  1. Drain juices from peaches and pineapple into large bowl.
  2. Add pudding mix and mix well until pudding is dissolved
  3. Stir in all the fruits, and add sugar if desired (I did not use sugar)
  4. NOTE: To lower caloric count, use reduced sugar canned fruits and sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix.
I also used the larger box of mix and it was good also... I don't think you can make a mistake with changes
