29 ozcan peach slices (cut into 1/2)
20 ozcan pineapple chunks
3-1/8 ozbox dry vanilla instant pudding mix
1 lbstrawberries, quartered
1/2 ptblueberries, fresh
1 bunchgrapes (use red ones for color)
1-2 Tbspsugar (optional)
How to Make Fruit Salad
- Drain juices from peaches and pineapple into large bowl.
- Add pudding mix and mix well until pudding is dissolved
- Stir in all the fruits, and add sugar if desired (I did not use sugar)
- NOTE: To lower caloric count, use reduced sugar canned fruits and sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix.
I also used the larger box of mix and it was good also... I don't think you can make a mistake with changes
