Again stolen! Favorite for church dinners (and can make it lower in sugar with minor substitution)

Ingredients

  • 29 ounces can peach slices (cut into 1/2)
  • 20 ounces can pineapple chunks
  • 3-1/8 ounce box dry vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 pound strawberries, quartered
  • 1 - banana, sliced
  • 1/2 pint blueberries, fresh
  • 1 bunch grapes (use red ones for color)
  • 1-2 tablespoon sugar (optional)

How To Make fruit salad

  • Step 1
Drain juices from peaches and pineapple into large bowl.
  • Step 2
Add pudding mix and mix well until pudding is dissolved
  • Step 3
Stir in all the fruits, and add sugar if desired (I did not use sugar)
  • Step 4
NOTE: To lower caloric count, use reduced sugar canned fruits and sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix. I also used the larger box of mix and it was good also... I don't think you can make a mistake with changes
