(1 RATING)
Again stolen! Favorite for church dinners (and can make it lower in sugar with minor substitution)

Ingredients
- 29 ounces can peach slices (cut into 1/2)
- 20 ounces can pineapple chunks
- 3-1/8 ounce box dry vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 pound strawberries, quartered
- 1 - banana, sliced
- 1/2 pint blueberries, fresh
- 1 bunch grapes (use red ones for color)
- 1-2 tablespoon sugar (optional)
How To Make fruit salad
-
Step 1Drain juices from peaches and pineapple into large bowl.
-
Step 2Add pudding mix and mix well until pudding is dissolved
-
Step 3Stir in all the fruits, and add sugar if desired (I did not use sugar)
-
Step 4NOTE: To lower caloric count, use reduced sugar canned fruits and sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix. I also used the larger box of mix and it was good also... I don't think you can make a mistake with changes
