Again stolen! Favorite for church dinners (and can make it lower in sugar with minor substitution)

Ingredients

29 oz
can peach slices (cut into 1/2)
20 oz
can pineapple chunks
3-1/8 oz
box dry vanilla instant pudding mix
1 lb
strawberries, quartered
1
banana, sliced
1/2 pt
blueberries, fresh
1 bunch
grapes (use red ones for color)
1-2 Tbsp
sugar (optional)

How to Make Fruit Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Drain juices from peaches and pineapple into large bowl.
  • 2Add pudding mix and mix well until pudding is dissolved
  • 3Stir in all the fruits, and add sugar if desired (I did not use sugar)
  • 4NOTE: To lower caloric count, use reduced sugar canned fruits and sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix.
    I also used the larger box of mix and it was good also... I don't think you can make a mistake with changes
