1Drain juices from peaches and pineapple into large bowl.
2Add pudding mix and mix well until pudding is dissolved
3Stir in all the fruits, and add sugar if desired (I did not use sugar)
4NOTE: To lower caloric count, use reduced sugar canned fruits and sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix.
I also used the larger box of mix and it was good also... I don't think you can make a mistake with changes
