"fruit-n-cranberry" molded salad

Had to make a holiday salad one year,I knew I wanted cranberries some how, Found a similar Recipe from Ocean Spray, I Adjusted and added More stuff, and finally came up with this one everyone enjoyed. You can add Nuts to this also, I have omited them as The older folks have a hard time with the nuts.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped apples with peels on
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 - 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
- 1 small 3 oz pkg raspberry jello
- 1 - 14 oz can whole cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
How To Make "fruit-n-cranberry" molded salad

Step 1Mix together; The (SAVED) pineapple juice. cranberry juice, & Lemon Juice in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.

Step 2Add Jello, Stir till disolved

Step 3Break up the Canned Cranberry Sauce with a fork, then Stir into the Jello Mixture. Refrigerate tillit begins to set.

Step 4Then Stir into jello, Pineapple, Apples and Celery. Pour into a 4 Cup Mold or Bowl. CHILL till Set and Firm. (The nuts can be added with the fruits is OPTIONAL)
