Had to make a holiday salad one year,I knew I wanted cranberries some how, Found a similar Recipe from Ocean Spray, I Adjusted and added More stuff, and finally came up with this one everyone enjoyed. You can add Nuts to this also, I have omited them as The older folks have a hard time with the nuts.

  • 1/2 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/2 c
    chopped apples with peels on
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    cranberry juice
  • 1
    8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
  • 1 small
    3 oz pkg raspberry jello
  • 1
    14 oz can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

How to Make "Fruit-N-Cranberry" Molded Salad


  1. Mix together; The (SAVED) pineapple juice. cranberry juice, & Lemon Juice in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.
  2. Add Jello,
    Stir till disolved
  3. Break up the Canned Cranberry Sauce with a fork, then Stir into the Jello Mixture.
    Refrigerate tillit begins to set.
  4. Then Stir into jello, Pineapple, Apples and Celery.
    Pour into a 4 Cup Mold or Bowl.
    CHILL till Set and Firm. (The nuts can be added with the fruits is OPTIONAL)
