My daugher came home with this recipe when she was in High School. It has become one or our favorite cool to taste recipes for summer. She still loves it and will request it as does her friends. So easy to make and so easy to eat and enjoy on a hot summer day!

How to Make Frozen Strawberry Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix above ingredients together, put in oblong glass dish 9 X 13. and freeze. Cut into squares. Eat as is or you can put on top of lettuce.
  2. If I have fresh strawbrries I will slice them and add a little sugar to make syrup and put in the refrigerator ahead of time to soften up and make their own syrup. This can be used or subbed for the above frozen ones.
