frozen pineapple salad
Wow, another super easy recipe from my Grammie's stash that is great for those hot summer days. This sets up well and with a little added color from your favorite flavor of jello you could serve it for any holiday and with Easter around the corner it would be a wonderful dessert to serve. It has a chewy texture along with being cool and creamy too. I put a little cool whip on top with some sprinkles and some with maraschino cherries and a little of the juice too. Either way makes it great to serve for parties and such. Hope you enjoy.
